Kick starting my weekend with an awesome broccoli salad. Because let’s face it, who doesn’t love broccoli.
Broccoli salad with cheese:
Preparation time – 10 mins
Serves – 1 or 2
What you need –
Broccoli : 200 gms
Tomato : 2/3
One small red onion
Cream : 1 tablespoon
Cheese (as per liking)
Steps to follow:
1.) Start by heating salted water. Once it comes to boil, add chopped and washed broccoli to it. Let it boil for a minute or two.
2.) Wash broccoli and let it cool.
3.) Add chopped tomatoes and onion.
4.) Add the cream and a pinch or oregano and salt each. Toss well.
5.) Last but not the least, add little cubes of cheese. Add as much as you want, depending on what the calorie content should be for you.
