Hi guys!!

So the weekends here again and I get busy in the kitchen again. This time the experiment is with cauliflowers, hope you like it. Its really healthy, and with just a few easy steps you’ll be done.

Mashed Cauliflower Dish

Preparation Time: 15 mins

Serves: 1 or 2

What you need :
Cauliflower 300 grams
Broccoli 200 grams
Cottage Cheese 100 grams
Dry mint 2 tablespoons
Olive oil
Pepper and salt

Steps to follow

1.) We start by boiling water with salt. Once the water comes to boil, add chopped cauliflower and broccoli. Let it boil for a good 4 to 5 mins.

2.) Wash them clean. Mash in a bowl.

3.) Add cottage cheese, and mash it into the mixture.

4.) Add olive oil (not more than a tablespoon).

5.) Mix well. And lastly add dry mint, salt and pepper to taste.

And voila!


This can be served with bread, used between sandwiches. I like to have it as it is, dressed with fresh mint.
